1) Price Right Rentals is an on line advertisement service that’s based on pay per call charges

2) For each individual equipment advertisement posted, $1.00 will be charged (The Duration Of Each Post Can Remain Indefinitely At No Extra Charge)

3) Once a referred call between the customer and salesperson exceeds 20 seconds , an automated charge of $25.00 will be immediately billed via email and withdrawn in 72 hours from the credit card registered on file.

4) For quality purposes, each referred call will be recorded between the customer and the equipment rental salesperson

5) After each referred sales call, an invoice will be emailed to the equipment supplier that will include a link recording of the referred call transaction.

6) The equipment supplier will have the option to dispute our automated charges with in a 72 hour period.

7) Price Right Rentals will not charge if a fraudulent referral call is made. When reported , our Customer Service the charge will be waved

8) It is up to the equipment rental sales person to successfully complete the rental sale when a referred customer calls in. If the sales person fails to successfully close the intended rental sale, they will still be responsible to pay the $25.00 charge for the referred call.

9) It is the responsibility of the equipment supplier to discontinue the equipment add post after a rental sale is made or call charges will continue.

10) Price Right Rentals will not be responsible for any and all business transactions that may later transpire between the equipment supplier and the referred customer.
